Check-In: 4:00 pm | Check-Out: 11:00 | You may request a change to these times based on your arrival and departure times. We will do our best to accommodate your request providing it does not present a conflict with other arriving rental guests.
Smoking Policy and Property Terms
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If any evidence of smoking (including smell, residue, or detection by staff or monitoring systems) is found at any time during or after your stay, a $2,000 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged, and you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. Please note that this apartment is connected to another rental unit and a rental office, making it essential to maintain a smoke-free environment for the comfort and safety of all guests and staff.
Property Care and Damage
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. The kitchen countertops are butcher block and are not to be used for cutting or food preparation directly. Cutting directly on the countertops causes permanent damage. Multiple cutting boards are provided for your convenience and must be used.
Damage to the countertops will result in a replacement fee of $4,000, which includes materials, labor, and downtime between reservations. As noted, this apartment is inventory-controlled. Any missing, damaged, or removed items—including furnishings, décor, kitchenware, or linens—will be charged at full replacement value, including shipping and handling.
